Is this possible to do?

I had someone enquire today if I could do an interactive DVD.
Here's what they wrote. Can anyone let me know how I would do this or if it's possible.

I would provide a final video file and a separate run-time Flash executable. I would like you to burn a Hybrid DVD/DVD-ROM that could be both played in a regular home DVD player (showing only the video portion) as well as in a PC on a DVD-ROM player where the user could see the video or run the executable (or maybe just the executable which would access a second compressed Flash version of the video and other interacte stuff).

You can author and prepare the DVD portion in DVD Architect and then add your DVD-ROM files to the directory that DVD Architect prepared. And then burn everything to a DVD with Nero, CopyToDVD, or something. Last I checked, DVD Architect won't burn anything outside of the VIDEO_TS, AUDIO_TS, and Extras subdirectories.

When I've added files to the Extras folder DVDA has burnt them to the root of the DVD. I would have thought that would meet L8R's requirement.
