I would say no. If you want 64-bit, you would need to go to Pro 9.

The version I downloaded from the upgrade package from 9 to 10 wasn't 64 bit, and I can't seem to get any info on how to download the 64 bit version.
Still waiting on support.

Of VMS? VMS is a 32-bit app only.

Why? Everything else I have is 64 bit - even the free video and audio encoding apps are 64 bit. Why are Sony stuck in 2005?

They're NOT. They were the FIRST to release a 64-bit version years ago. You just need to purchase the PRO version to get it. Vegas Pro 8.1 was the first 64-bit version. Every release of Vegas Pro 9 has been released in both 32-bit and 64-bit.
