Hey there!

During my time trying to fix it, I managed to make Movie Studio import the file successfully (I am not sure how I did it, either updating my graphic drivers or a trial of Premiere) but it then made me unable to use the *.m2ts files I also use in my videos that always worked before (and currently do). When I tried reinstalling Movie Studio, it went back to the .mp4 not working.
I've tried coverting them into other file formats using Format Factory but they still don't work. I think it's a codec issue but I can't be sure of anything really.
Anyone got any suggestions? ^^;;
