I will try to be as specific as possible.

I did
Using CRTL+F searching for "audio" then "sound" nothing showed up. Which I thought was weird.
I am using Magix Movie Studio Platinum 14.0 - some of the video with 4 audio tracks - 1 vocal, 3 music; and some of the video with 1 audio track. When rendering the video as the following:
MainConcept AVC/AAC
Internet 360p Widescreen MP4
Audio: 96Kbps, 48,000 Hz, 16 Bit, Stereo, AAC
Video: 29.970fps, 640x360 Progressive, YUV, 500 Kbps
Pixel Aspect Ratio: 1.000
For perspective; Unbreakable has 1 video track and 4 audio tracks while Split has 1 video track and 1 audio track. (not these movies, but you get the gist)
Split comes out just fine with the audio. However, with Unbreakable, the background noise and music are fine, but the vocal track is practically muted. It was not muted before render, and I even maxed it out to see if that would make a difference. I even went up to the Internet 480p Widescreen (128k and 854x480 Progressive) with the vocal track maxed out and it did the same thing.
In the program itself, all of the tracks are functioning normally, no issues. It isn't until I render that there is an issue.
I'm stuck. Besides new software, any tips? Unless I was looking in the wrong place, I couldn't find anything useful online. Perhaps I was looking in the wrong place?
