issues with event/pan

When I make a video I want my logo to be in the bottom right corner but when I add picture to Picture in a picture I cant seem to move my logo anywhere except the center. When I click on "event pan crop" it shows a grid with only one grey box and I cant move my logo outside of grey box. How can I activate more grey boxes to move my logo to different corners of the screen?

Right click on the F-Box inside event pan/crop dialog box to 'Match to Output Aspect Ratio' first, then continue proceed adjusting the F-Box like a camera/viewer composition.

I think it is easier for @Nate-Benjamin to delete the Pip track and use his logo on a normal videotrack at the top of all tracks and use the PIP FX to place it in the right corner of the total picture

Just click TrackFX button in Track header of Picture-in-picture Track. This will allow you to resize and drag the logo to a location directly in the preview.
