Issues with Vegas 21 Retrograde and VHS Effects

I am experiencing issues with my default Vegas effects in Vegas Pro 21: Retrograde and VHS. When either of these effects are applied to a clip, it turns the clip black. It is only when i toggle to color processing down to 0 that the clip shows back up, but with more problems. All grime/dust particles become a blank, white rectangle and the vignette and border toggles become ineffective. This problem occurred out of the blue, as these effects worked perfectly fine for a while. A complete reinstall of the program did nothing to fix it. I sent a help request to the support email in which their AI suggested to update my graphics card drivers. Completing this also did not fix the glitch. I'm unsure where to go from here, has anyone else experienced this problem before?

I am operating on a graphics card of Radeon RX550/550 Series (4 GB) and a processor of AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor               3.40 GHz.

Are you sure Retrograde and VHS are native (default) Vegas Pro 21 video effects. I cannot find them. Under what heading do they appear?

Your question actually sent me onto a bit of an investigation and i figured out it was third party rather than default! Thank you so much for the heads up, i managed to get it fixed from there. I was sure that it came with Vegas but i guess i was mistaken.
