Right-click on the link above in your browser and select Save As... and place it in your C:\Program Files\Sony\Vegas 7.0\Script Menu folder (i.e., or where ever you installed Vegas ".\Script Menu").

Then to run it in Vegas go to Tools > Scripting... and select the script by name.
