JPG Bug insert in video - New user question

Dear Braintrust,

I'm missing something obvious in the index, manual, or pulldown menus. Need some guidence. Here is what I have.

Track-1 is my Text Media. Track-2 is video. Track-3 is audio.

I have a small JPG logo that I need to position and key over video in the upper left. It must be simple to do, but I'm missing something in how to place it in the right spot and key it over the video. I would assume that I need a video track inserted in between 1 and 2 for this, correct?

You need this to be on the very top if you want it to show.
place it, and use Track motion to size it down small, and place it where you want it to live.
