Juddering Still Images...help

Hi,

I've got a client breathing down my neck as I write this!

I've just cut a project, which I transferred to tape; within the project I've placed some freeze frame images, which are juddering. Similar to when you see someone wearing a herring bone pattern jacket and you get that stroboscopic effect.

Any idea how I can get rid of it?

Cheers

Phil

Depending on where you captured/split out the frames, Reducing Interlace Flicker usually helps
Right click the jittering image, choose Switches/reduce interlace flicker.

Hi DSE,

Thanks for getting back so soon.To get the client off my back, I have had to resort to bodging it, by slapping in some gaussian blur. I've had to start rendering but will try your suggestion for future reference.

I would also like to say your V5 book has saved my arse on this job, so a very big thanks!

Phil

p.s Have you got anything lined up for V6?
