Just want to get a single frame into photoshop from VF, how?

Hi,

I did this before but it's been a while since I used VF and
I can't for the life of me work out how to do it again. I
just want to take a few frames from a video to email as
stills.

Any help appreciated, thanks.

Use the copy snapshot button on the video preview window.
For highest quality still grabs, expand the preview window
to project size, and temporarily set the preview quality
to "best" and the project to "progressive". Don't forget to
change 'em back when you continue editing.

Is this the "best" quality, or "perfect" quality.
Shouldn't I be able to get the exact frame from my DV
capture?
