I've been given the files from a JVC Hard Disk Camcorder to include in an edit I'm doing. Even though for a short time I had the camera Vegas doesn't recognise it and, though I have been able to transfer the files via USB to my hard drive the file types, .MOD and .MOI aren't directly recognisable by Vegas.
They are MPEG types but is there a method of importing them into Vegas without going through an intermediate process of conversion?
