HOW DO I IMPORT MY JPEGS IN THE SAME FILE ORDER - SONY CHANGES THEM NUMERICALY.

Rename them so they start with numbers in the order you want to use them. For example, if your first picture is, say 'DSNC03894.JPG' then add '001' in the front for '001DSNC03894.JPG', then add '002' in front of the next one, etc.

Alternatively, add them one at a time in the order you want them.
