Keyframes displaying incorrectly help greatly appreciated.

Okay so I am using SVP13 and basically my preview window is displaying (almost) everything a keyframe farther than it is on the timeline. :{ To be  more specific on the almost, the end or begining of events is displayed on correct keyframes and it's just the preveiw window audio plays back normal. This is very strange to me but I assume I am doimg something wrong. It does this no matter what is open, changing to double NTSC does not help, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program, and waited about 2 weeks now and checked again on a new project to be sure it is still doing this and I am thoroughly stumped I am still using it to edit viedos in this state and it's .............. Any way I would be so grateful if anyone has any advice, and if not have a great day and best wishes, thanks for your time guys. (Also sorry if I put this in the wrong place I wasn't really sure)

Yes, I have seen this too. Cannot say if it is one or more frames too early or too late - but it is really annoying.

As I do a lot of really filigree keyframing I have learned not to trust the keyframes pan/crop/mask window - but have to blow the preview window up full on my second monitor (a 30") and then move the key-anchor points one-by-one while looking at the preview window - not the pan/crop/mask window.

At least it seems that the finish rendered result follows the preview window - so doing it this way you get the work done well.

But, of course it would be more convenient if it all worked as it is supposed to - and as I have bought Vegas 14 (with a second V 13 :- )  that is - just to show my interest ) this will be one of the first things I will check when I get it.
