Kinda OT: Forum Feature Request

For the "Ignore User" feature, is there/could there be a feature where under your account info it lists currently ignored users? Also, how come I can still see ignored users even though I ignored them (but i can't see any of the responces to their posts).

I'm sure most people could figure out why i'm asking this.

Click on Edit Account. At the bottom of the screen should be a list of "ignored" users.

Your correct they are there. I have only used this twice. The last time quit recently.

You never got a response to the second part of your question. I, too, would like to have one certain individual completely disappear. Like you, however, I found that "ignoring" this user still leaves his posts in the main index. What I would like is an ignore that makes every single post from that individual disappear completely.

If you had that option then you wouldn't be able to see any one else's posts in that thread either. That's probably why you still see the entries in the index.

Personally i find it much better to ignore people by simply not reading their messages rather than using the forum's ignore feature.

Chien, I still see an ignored person's post, but none of the messages from anyone. I just think it's wierd. Maybe SoFo never had to have anyone use the ignore user option anymore, and we're just working out the bugs.

But yeah, I do ignore the posts now. Not worth the time.
