Known Incompatibilites between ReValver & Vegas Audio?

Are there known compatibility problems between Revalver (00.09.20) and Sonic Foundry Vegas Audio 2.0b on Win 98SE?

Revalver works fine with SEKD Samplitude 2496 5.58, Sound Forge 4.5h, Wavelab 3.0b and Cakewalk 9.02.

However, with Vegas Audio 2.0b the entire system crashes with Vegas surveys the list of DX plugins and comes to Revalver.

Deinstalling Revalver permits Vegas Audio to run properly.
