last second of audio cuts off on wmv render

So here is a weird one. wondering if anyone else has seen this.

When I render to WMV I lose the last second or so of audio. The video keeps going but the audio just cuts out a second early. This is with Vegas 10a and it has happened on my desktop and a laptop as well.

This is with using the AISO driver if that info helps.

Anyone seen this? Anyone got a fix?

Actually I take that back about the AISO driver. I think I was using the standard windows driver on the laptop.

Have you loaded the .wmv file into Vegas to see what's actually there? Lots of players will mess up the last second or so while playing. I *ALWAYS* add two seconds of black/silence at the end of every project to avoid this.

Don't think there was any resolution.

Thanks for the link - that looks like exactly what I'm experiencing. It's not a big deal just weird - sounds like it's pretty reproducible as well.

I've added it to my list of "things to be aware of". Hope they get a fix, will try and post a support ticket.

ASIO=Audio Stream Input Output

AISO=Affordable Internet Services Online, (Inc.)

just FYI :-)
