Latest update installation fit 17 Platinum Build 143

Every time I open Movie Studio 17 Premium, I am informed that there is a major update. I select download and wait. Then I select update immediately and the program closes and nothing happenns. I wait 20 mins and reopen and the same thing happens! I look in Documents/MAGIX/Downloads and it is empty. I have have looked on the MAGIX website and there is nowhere that I can see that shows program update downloads so what is happening?

With VMS closed install.

Note that if you go to your Magix account and into My Products the downloads there should always be the latest builds. Likewise with the 30 day trial download.
