I would burn the project to an ISO image and use a dedicated DVD burning program (such as Nero) to burn the actual disc. Though not a universal problem, it seems a lot of people have issues with consistent DVD burning in DVDA. I've always gone the ISO route and haven't had a problem yet. One possible reason for this is that the DVD burning program most likely came with your DVD burner (thus a fairly high probability of being compatible with your burner), whereas DVDA was made to work with pretty much any burner (thus a possibility that it may not be perfectly compatible with EVERY burner out there).
