LEFT EAR AUDIO ONLY IN RENDERED MOVIE

Hi,

I have Sony Vegas Platinum 10.0 and when I save a movie I just made to the harddrive as a WMV using the 8 Mbps HD 1080-30p Video preset, I get no sound in the right ear/channel, just sound in the left channel.

When I play the video on the timeline, I get audio in both ears and the waveforms on the timeline indicate there is stereo sound.

The preset is using CBR / Windows Media 9.2 / 192 Kbps, 48 KHz Stereo (A/V) CBR.

I've tried MONO and many other things and still get audio just in the left ear.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How are you viewing (listening) to the rendered file? Is it possible that whatever player you're using has a balance control that's set for left only?

Try loading the rendered file into Vegas and see if both channels show up.
