Lenses and Filters

I have recently purchased a Panasonic GS70. It has a 37mm thread and I'm looking for a teleconvertor and wide angle lens for it. Also, I would like a polarizing filter and ND and UV Filters. I see these great deals on eBay but I am wary to buy them for fear that they will be shoddy products. Can anybody recommend a brand name or website to purchase from?

I have a Sony TRV8, which has a 30mm thread. I bought a Sony VCL-0637H .6 wide-angle adapter, which comes with a 37mm thread, and a 37-30 ring.

Lens is terrific, and it's fully zoom-through. I don't have any vignetting at all on wide-angle; you might have a bit since your lens is larger.

Retail is $50, but a quick price search shows www.beachcamera.com to have them for $30 including shipping.

I also have the Sony VCL-0637H. It's a great match for my elderly TRV-110, and I use it a lot for shooting while traveling. It's zoom-through as far a focusing is concerned, but I've noticed that contrast goes way down when zooming fully to 20x. I've learned to quickly unscrew the adaptor when I need a telephoto shot.
