Just for the memory of things gone . . I just installed VP4! OMG, life was so much more straightforward then, and loads very, very fast!!!

Yeah, I just punched-up DVDA, helluva piece of software! Without revisiting, we can’t move forward. Well, we can, but the ease and excitement of stuff just working can often provide a legacy of benefit to influence new software.

Though ProType Titler was moved into the list of deprecated features, it's still available and I still use ProType in VP20.

The sanctity of Project Properties above the line. It was one of the things that made Vegas unique.

Until things started sneaking in (VP14), those settings affected only the preview, and never the output when applied correctly. Now, they are comingled with just about everything, except the legacy operations that were left relatively untouched.
