Line on Rendered Video

After rendering my video as MPEG-2 DVD NTSC, I reviewed it to find a constant greenish line across the bottom of the screen for the duration of the 37 minute video.
What causes this and what changes can I make to my settings to fix this?
I used advanced render also due to that fact that regular make movie options give me video with no sound on this one.
I know it is not my camera or capture issues because it shows up on the intro and outro clips not from the camera and on text/backdrop combos as well.

Carnealse,
I don't know what your source media is, but I used to get this on Hi8 material (only after I rendered, strangely), but when I switched to MiniDV I no longer got it. I don't know why this should be, but I can only think it's an Anomalous Analog Artifact, or 'Triple-A', as we call it in the business... no, just kidding - I've got no idea, sorry.
Eventually I ended up using the crop & pan tool to trim off just enough pixels all round before rendering.
