lining up tracks missing blue highlight

When I line up my audio with video, or push two tracks up against each other, I usually have a blue highlight to show they are even. Suddenly, it's gone, how the hell do I get it back?

I fixed it. Somehow enable snapping got unchecked. I just couldn't think of what the hell you called that function!
