link text?

how do you link text so that you can click that on the menu and it plays the movie? If I just drag and drop the video then it shows a little black box where the movie plays. I just want the text "Play" so that you can just go to that in the menu and play the movie. How do you link it???

After dragging the video to the menu, change the button properties to Text only - you also can edit the Text so it says whatever you want, e.g. "Play Video".
