Thought this would be of interest to those who wanted VV to support frameserving. A friend passed me the link a couple days ago when I wanted to rip video back to the computer from a DVD-R after a hard drive crash.

Basically, it allows you to open VOB files in any video editor, allowing you random access to the encoded footage. It does not work with encrypted DVDs. I haven't tried it with Vegas, but it's certainly worth investigating.
