Little change on project not being rendered in Vegas Pro 13

I have a project that has some sensitive data on it.

I rendered and watched the entire thing.  In one segment, the blurred area was over just a little bit too much.

So, I moved it over and watched the video using the play feature within the Vegas Pro Studio.  It looked good.  Just what I wanted.

Now, I rendered again, and it is showing the old version of the video.

I restarted and rendered to a different directory.  Same thing.

Right now, I am rendering again.  I deleted the .veg.bak file, the loud file, and the file within the user's temporary rendering directory.  I don't know if this is going to work.  It takes 40 minutes to render.

Any suggestions?

You could render just that shot or segment to mxf. When you have it right, import the mxf file (delete the audio track) to a track above…

I frequently do this with problem areas. Make sure that your loop points are exact, mute every other video track and all audio tracks, then render to same format, rate… as the project.
