I have been asking for a more creative way to view my footage. This is a giant leap for me:
1] Preview Timeline AND Preview Trimmer and put these in a loop and got 'em simultaneously!!! OMG!
2] Using Media Manager I now get my clips seen in the Trimmer Preview automatically, without loosing the main Preview Looping.
3] I can "preserve" my already bedded-in Trimmer clip and have Media Manager Clip play above it! ( eh .. next thing Sony, allow a right click from Trimmer Preview INTO trimmer timeline .. please?)
4] I have now set up a NEW windows layout that has Timeline Preview NEXT to my Trimmer Preview and I can click on one of the ExtMon icons and toggle between either previews out to my external monitor. That's too cool!!! Now, how about just clicking on the Preview picture to toggle between each? (.. eh? . .Sony, how about allowing us to have the main Preview controls to be at the bottom of the Preview? This would then align better? Or have the Trimmer Preview have a top edge space EQUAL to the Main Preview space? this would make Main Preview and Trimmer Preview same size - yeah?)
5] Need more Windows Layout ALT+D numbers!!
Added to which SONY have squashed the Bezier to external monitor bug.
