Loading vegas pro 14 on computer with Premire pro CS5 also installed

I have windows 7 with Premire Pro CS5 already on my computer. will loading vegas Pro 14 mess with CS5 settings. I ask because I have had problems with other software in past.

They are two separate programs and will not affect each other.
