No. You have to manually code the script to perform that task. Alternately you could try a macro recording program.

*bump* - any chance a script exsits that will let you select all the events in a track and lock/unlock them all in one click?

Also, if one does exist, or if I have to try and make it, can I add the script as a right-click command so I can right-click on a track and lock it? Thanks.

There's little need for it. You already found the easy way to do it with a couple clicks.

Right click to select, right click under switches to lock/unlock. When locked that portion of the track is dimmed so you get a visual clue its locked.
