Another theoretical option (i.e. I haven't actually tried it, but it should work), if the logo is simple two color, is to create the logo as a character in a font. The fonts WingDings, etc., have lots of special characters, and many apps use special fonts to create special characters (such as music notations). If you can take an existing font, copy it, and edit one of the glyphs (characters) to be the logo, you could then just include it as part of the credit text. The trick here, of course, is finding a font editing app...
