Hi everyone.
I have a new camera, a Sony HDR XR150.
I shot a fair amount of footage but just now tried to make a movie.
I took a 7-10 minute clip, added titles and a little eq.
Set it on the highest res first and after a 2+ render the AVI wouldn't play in Windows Media Player.
Started over at the next lower res (just above DV) and almost 2 hour render.
Still the AVI file is huge, b ut I'm preparing to buurn as I type. Looks like that process will be a couple or more hours.

Am I doing something wrong or are there any tips?

The computer is a quad core with 4 G ram Win 7 64 bit.
