Rendering to a 7200 RPM SATA Drive... Rendersettings are XAVC-S 4k at 59.940.

For 4K video at any frame rate (60 is worse):

1) Get more cores.

2) Go for a walk.

Either one will make your life more pleasant.

I just dont understand how cyberlink is so fast? Vegas Kills it in work flow but cyberlinks hardware renderer does in 10 minutes what takes 2 hours on vegas.

I am not familiar with Cyberlink, but my guess is that it is doing less work. Meaning that it may not be rendering parts of the timeline that haven't been changed (i.e. no effects, etc.). In Vegas this is called smart rendering and applies to certain specific formats (see help file). Try an effects heavy render on both to see how they compare.

There may also be specific hardware rendering benefits, which we are now seeing in Vegas with NVENC and QSV.
