Looking at purchasing Vegas 23, but wondered about the Hub licensing for Premium stock footage. There are 3 options but the wording is a bit confusing.

What do they mean by within 1 year purchase of the contingent, is that the Version of Vegas? So the stock content will only work for a year unless you upgrade? Why does it say Lifetime License if it is limited?
