Looking for a lower price for VV3 plug-in pack....

I am looking for a lower price then $140 for the Vegas Video 3.0 plug-in pack with all the effects and transitions that are demos in VV3. If I have to pay that much, I will, but it would be nice to find a lower price.....also.....does anyone have this plug-in pack? Is it worth getting?

Consider this: If you don’t find it for a cheaper price, add $60 to that and upgrade to Vegas 4 (for $199) and get the plugin pack plus a ton of more functionality!!! I would definitely not buy the plugin pack since it now comes free with Vegas 4. Upgrade to Vegas 4 instead. Just something to consider.
