Looking for a MPEG encoder

Hi:
I'm looking for a mpeg realtime encoder software that is able to capture from my videocamera to MPEG files -in realtime- but in custome resolutions as 528x360, for example. Any ideas?? Thanks a lot!! - -

For custom sizes, I think you're going to need some expensive hardware...Ulead does a great job of capturing, but sizing is limited to their templates, no way to modify on capture AFAIK. Main Concept's PVR software captures as MPEG 2 from a TV card, it might be that you can find a TV card that will allow you to control sizing/rez?
