Looking for a Special Jitter filter

Hey, I'm looking for a jitter filter for Vegas 5.0 that will take my frame of text and jitter it up, down, left, right, and larger and smaller than the original. Is there anything out there that will do that, I assume so as I see it done a lot. It would be a huge time saver. Preferably something cheap or free, but anything would be nice.

There's also the "Jitter" option in the "Film Effects" effect.

That's better, but I'm looking more for something that does that but more, like making it bigger and smaller. I don't know how to explain it very well, I'll try to post something to reference it to, but if not, I at least appreciate the effect.

Don't forget the Zenote Jitter filter either. It costs, but it's well worth it. I use it on titles regularly.

where is it?, Is there a website for it or a demo site for it? I'm looking for something that's kinda choppier than the quake filter. something less smooth as strange as that may sound.
