Looking for a way to automate

I have 6 tracks (1video, 5 audio) ((from a multicam shoot origionally)) and I have regioned several areas and named them "Cut." I am looking for an automated way to just cut them all in lieu of double clicking on each region one at a time and S(plit), DEL(ete).

Scripts will do what you want. Take a look at this (Keep/Delete Events function). If I'm not mistaken, Excalibur can also do this.

Open your help tab ... search for delete region in the index ...
It'll explain how to do a two-click deletion of any region once they are identified...
right-click either number at either end of the region and left-click delete from dropdown menu ...

It cuts your clicks in half, and you don't need to ID the event; just delete either region marker, and the event goes with it ...

The really good news:
there is a selection to delete all markers and regions in the project...
