Looking for . . . . . help

I am not that smart as you guys are in this forum. So I need your advise and help. I like VF 2.0 as I can do lots of things with it. But I am still looking for a "Software" or "Hardware" (Not expencive) so that I can add "Menus & Chapters" (like wise in ready made Dvd's) so that instead of watching VideoCD all the way from one end to the other, just select a "Chapter" and play back on my TV or PC. I don't know if I can make chapters in VF (Nothing in the on-line help). Any suggestions are most welcome. Thank you in advance.

OSS so it is free to use... fairly strightforward interface, can be used to make chpaters/entrypoints... the CDRDAO integration allows a one-click image creation and burn to cd experience.

Another inexpensive option is Ulead DVD Movie Factory: http://www.ulead.com/dmf/runme.htm , simple and good.
