Looking for this specific filter

Hi. I am looking for this specific filter. I wanna buy it or its bundle, can someone point me in the right direction?

I tried using threshold but it doesn't quite nail the constant countour-ey style.

How about something like Cartoonr Plus from NewBlue?

@radu-g Hi, I've had a look for this ... There's a couple like Posterize that block out the different colours & shades, the lines around the door & lamp suggest a cartoon/charcoal fx which would also block out the different colours & shades, there's also Edge detecting fxs that would put lines around things....

These edge where the shadow fades in look like an artist/paint like fx..

There's a list of plugins, I'll keep looking through to see if I can find anything.

Try rolling your own filter by setting your own tight limits with the Levels filter in Vegas.

It's an education. The closer the I/O cutoffs are to each other, the fewer poster levels at the output.

Gamma slider can be used to adjust the lightness of the interior levels.

@lan-mLMC Hi, I tried NB, but trying to get the 'wiggle' on the fades between light n dark are hard to recreate, it could be a specific filter / small collection of filters. or it's something about the media that makes that effect when the filters are added...
