Loop Lock? Sony Please Repair . . . .

Into a long - for me - edit here . . . . so some of the things that bugged me before are rearing up again . . and reminding me to post again.

Loop Lock - this is what I call the ability to Stretch an Event; show a "Notch" in the top edge of the Event and then being able to return the event back to the notch and "feel" the event shrunk "locked" to its previous/original/correct size. You get this kinda "resistance" to the mouse movement - I call this locking. Ok, this happens if you do this at the front of an event - BUT, mysteriously, at the end of the event you DO get the "notch" showing BUT you/I can not then resize and have the locking "feel" that assures me that I have returned to original length.

This is a real shame. Please repair.

The other thing is the Key Frame diamonds jumping about on the FX or other mini t/l. I get the k/f diamonds where I want, then click on one close buy and I'm shot BACK to the beginning of the k/f. Please repair!

. .and still the no-show on the ExtMon of my SteadyHand files. This happened in V5 and V4. Please?

And yes, I am on Vegas 6b,

Kind regards,

Grazie

I also notice that in V6.0b if you normalize a series of clips and remove normalize from one of the clips, then highlight to remove normalize from the same series of clips, the normalize shows "unchecked" and if you check normalize then all the clips will "unnormalize" and the normalize switch will stay checked.
If you are also low on memory when opening a clip to Forge 8 then when going back to V6.0b Win XP says an illegal operation was performed and the application will be shut down.
