loop track creation and recording

When I record I have several takes on the same track but now I wonder if V11 will do loop recording that each take is recorded automatically on a new track with the same settings and timing of the first one, how do I do this?

They get recorded as additional takes in the same event on one track. You can then press T to cycle through them, or right-mouse-button click on the event and use the Take submenu.
