Lost a tab

Hi,

As I was editing I must of hit a key or something to make my VideoFX tab disappear. I have the option on in the View menu, but I can't see it anywhere..I even took out all the docks windows one by one in hopes that the VideoFX tab was hiding in the background..nope not there...how the hell do I get my VideoFX tab back??

View/choose the VideoFX option. If it's already checked, you've hidden it behind a dock, somewhere. Peel off the docks, hold CTRL while moving the docked windows so they don't re-dock, and you'll find it if it's still active.

Tried that and I still don't see it...The VideoFX is checked inthe View...I peeled off all the docks and nada...Rrrrrrrrrrrr

Then reset Vegas. Hold CTRL + SHIFT while launching Vegas. your prefs will be reset too, so you'll need to reset those.

It's also possible to "move them OFF the screen". If you change screen resolutions, sometimes you can find them and drag them back. A third possibility (to try before resetting) would be to recall the default screen arrangment in View - Window layouts (in Vegas 7 or the corresponding option in Vegas 6).
