lost disc and transfer question

This is probably a question for customer service but here goes:
I have lost my discs and packaging from vegas pro 11.
It's up and running just fine but I can't find the serial number to activate the new blue titler.

Question 2 is if I buy a brand new computer can I transfer the hard drive over with programs using windows 7 ultimate?

If you registered your installation, just log onto your account at sonycreativesoftware.com and look under "my software" where you will find your license number and download links.

Your second question is not very clear - do you just want to physically move the boot disk to the new computer? Absolutely not. Even if it boots, your registry would be a mess and I would be surprised if the solitaire game would run, let alone Vegas.

Ha I was afraid of that second part...
But yes I registered vegas when I installed I don't think I registered the new blue titler though.

You register the NBT with New Blue, not Sony.

Whew.
Did a search of the studio and found the V Pro 11 box with numbers AND a lost shock mount and a missing set of AT headphones. I oughta clean up the dump more often!
