Lost of sound when making the film (vegas version 13)

When loading and editing AVI shortcuts, everything is fine and sound is available. But when making the film (in any format either in MPG or M2T), sound is lost why ? I am using an acer PC with Windows 10

We cannot see your project with maybe wrong settings in it and we don't know which rendertemplate is used because we are not able to see what you do. So show us.
