Low memory error message when arming audio tract for recording

VP 19 (build 651) gives low memory error message when trying to record external mic to audio tract. GPU (EVGA GTX 1070) RAM (8GB) and system RAM (32GB) pass diagnostics. Updating driver, resetting VP defaults, reinstalling VP, disabling GPU acceleration and decreasing dynamic preview RAM percent to zero do not help. I was able to record without a problem until I downloaded (and later uninstalled) the free version of Davinci Resolve.

Also struggling with well documented audio issue of VP introducing burst of noise at the end of audio media.

Can anyone help?

Thanks John. So I gather Magix has not fixed the problem?

Run a trial of Vegas Pro 22-250.

Burst of noise was fixed a while ago. I don't recall the other issue and haven't seen recent reports of it.

Thanks Rodger. So, if I buy VP 22, no more bursts of noise?

@Donald-Smith1690 It's hard to prove a negative but I haven't seen any reports of it or experienced it myself and release notes did describe this issue as fixed (along with many other bugfixes).
