M2T Red Preview Screen

Vegus Users,

Please help! I am working on my first HD project and have begun to experience Vegas hanging. For some reason, events on the time line turn red... when I put the cursor over it I will still see the video in the preview window, but then the system eventually hangs.

Any ideas to what is casuing this?

What version of Vegas are you using?

Ah such a detail that I miss... I am currently using version 7.0e. It seems the problem is when I am using the "explore" within Vegas. If I drop the file in from a Windows broswer there is no problem.

I won't reinvent the wheel, but I already have post that say rollback to 7.0d now. Save yourself the trouble. Same problem as you and rollback was the only answer
