Made a Discord Rich Presence extension for VEGAS Pro 13+

I recently took one of my older projects and opensourced it. It's basically an extension that enables Discord's Rich Presence display for VEGAS

What it does right now is show when you're rendering, idling and if not idling, the number of tracks you have in your current project.

Personally haven't sure if I'm going to use it... but probably other have interest idea based on this.
