Made menu DVD, now want to substitue BR render

I have authored a DVD, with menus. Is there a way to substitute the standard video file with a high def Bluray render, without redoing all the menus again. This would save me loads of time, but I'm not sure how to go about it. ie I want to "take out" the mp2 and replace it with the Bluray m2v file. The render is, of course, of the exact same video, with the exact same length. Only the file size and quality have changed in the render. The sound file will stay the same, and was done as a separate render anyway.
Any ideas?

I hope I described what I am trying to do correctly.
Thanks,

Not sure about DVDA Studio, but try renaming the source file so that DVDAS posts and error on starting the project, then point to the new HD files. You will have to change the project properties to Blu-ray.

Another way might be to export each menu page as a theme and then apply them in a new project.
