MAGIX AVC/AAC MP4 Blu-ray template with NV Encoder

It seems that the MAGIX AVC/AAC MP4 Blu-ray template with NV Encoder encode mode is not DVDAS compliant.

I've just started building my Blu-ray project that, for the first time, includes titles (videos) that have been encoded in Vegas Pro using the aforementioned template. When attempting to create the iso file, DVDAS states that the titles need re-compressing because 'Media is not compliant with the disc format'.

If I encode with the same template, but with the encode mode set to Mainconcept AVC, the titles are then compliant and don't need re-compression. This sort of defeats the object of having the fast encode mode 'NV Encoder' if the media has to be re-encoded in DVDAS.

Can someone confirm this for me please?
