I've never experienced that message so don't know at what stage it can occur. I've just checked and the Download Manager downloads okay for me so the Magix server appears okay. Do you get as far as this?

No. I just click the .exe file and then my installation error pops up.

@Mikahil Presumably you've downloaded the DLM exe file okay, otherwise you wouldn't be able to click on it.

You mentioned you have no anti virus software running. Check that Windows Defender isn't active as it caused a problem for one user.

Meantime to get you going you can download the VMS programme direct, without the download manager. You say you paid $60 which suggests you purchased VMS16 Platinum. This is only the main item. The other items will have to wait until your DLM problem is sorted.

I already tried turning off windows defender and I've already submitted a ticket. Hopefully, I get an answer. :T
